This can be either face to face or online via Teams.

Starting with holistic Risk assessment, guidance on what to look for, signs and symptoms, also discussing any relapse profile or warning signs, incorporating any documents or headings that you use.


Looking at national guidelines and current trends.
This leads nicely onto what you then do with this information in a plan of care, action plan, behavioural support plan etc. Again making the process simple and thorough, personalised and collaborated if possible with both residents and loved ones.
This normally has an overarching presentation but bringing in much discussion and interaction from staff.


The outcomes is that staff feel confident in completing risk assessments and transferring that info into a usable plan of action.
