This course is an interactive course which will include practical training and theory based training for you. This course is usually presented in a group.

All aspects of Resuscitation Council Guidelines from 2021 including early recognition of heart attack and cardiac arrest, CPR, choking and the use of defibrillators.
All mannequins. choking training vest and automated external defibrillators are supplied.
This can also include:
- Choking
- Ligaturing
- Anaphylaxis
PLUS other discussion with regard to stopping breathing.
This also has some presentation as part of the training.
